Absolutely. We use IP65-rated waterproof LED modules, weatherproof materials, and corrosion-resistant coatings. Our signs are designed to withstand rain, UV exposure, and temperature changes, making them suitable for long-term outdoor installation.

All of our LED signs come with a 1-3 year warranty, covering manufacturing defects and performance issues not caused by human error. Please provide a description of the problem and relevant photos or videos. Once confirmed, HaiChen Sign will arrange a free replacement.

We can work with AI, EPS, CDR, PDF, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG. If you’re not sure about the format, just send us what you have—we can often convert or redraw your file for production.

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, or sea freight for bulk orders. Express shipping usually takes 5–10 days depending on your location. We carefully pack each sign in protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
